Turmeric Steamer with Cinnamon & Moringa
This steamer is anti-inflammatory and makes a great replacement for your coffee/latte in the morning. Ingredients: - 1 cup coconut milk - 1/4 cup water - 1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 inch-long piece of cinnamon stick - 1/4 or 1/2 tsp moringa powder - 1 clove - optional: 1 inch-long chunk of ginger Instructions: Pour water, clove and cinnamon stick (and ginger) if using into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to medium, add the coconut milk until it is heated.
