• 1/4 medium-sized watermelon
• 1/2 lime (peeled) (plus more for garnishing if you want)
• 1 peppermint leaf (plus more for garnishing if you want)
• 1 tsp raw honey (or a sweetener of your choice)
• 3-5 ice cubes
• Optional: a handful of strawberries and/or raspberries

Throw everything into a blender and drink up!
