Dairy-free Parmesan-like Topper

Try out this nut, seed, and nutritional yeast based topper on your pizza, pasta, salads, and more!
– 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 2 tbsp sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds
– 1/2 cup almonds and/or walnuts
– 1/4 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
– salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: 1/4 tsp turmeric and/or cayenne powder
Use a mortar and pestle or a grinder to make a crumbly mix. Pour into a shaker container and use on your choice of food. Refrigerate covered – it should last for up to 8 weeks.
