Dairy-free Parmesan-like Topper

Try out this nut, seed, and nutritional yeast based topper on your pizza, pasta, salads, and more!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds and/or walnuts
- 1/4 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Spices
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
Instructions
Use a mortar and pestle or a grinder to make a crumbly mix. Pour into a shaker container and use on your choice of food.
Storage
Store refrigerated in a covered container - it should last for up to 8 weeks.
